A-and I don't think I even know that person who recced it! When did people actually start reading my fics, let alone liking them? This is as weird as the time A Politically Correct, Court-Mandated Bad End was mentioned on the Something Awful forums.

I don't know if the scans of Type Moon Ace Volume 2 were widespread before now, but I didn't have them. All I knew was that there was a comic of Issei giving Shirou Valentine's Day chocolates and it was published in an official work.

Thanks to someone on /fate/ being incredibly marvelous and providing someone else with a site with some other scans, I now have scans.

They are even more glorious than I had imagined.

N-next to such awesome roleplayers as Azula and Kaito and Hakuba and - okay, everybody on that secret? They're way awesomer than me! I'm flattered, you have no idea. Ilu~

And here's how we know.

Whenever an adaptation or port of a visual novel is made, the main heroine is the one that gets furthest with the hero. Observe: in the Tsukihime manga, Arcueid gets a gratuitous sex scene! In the AIR anime, Kano and Minagi barely get an episode each, while the rest of the anime revolves around Misuzu! I could go on, but I won't.

Let us examine the Fate/stay night adaptations, then. In the anime, Saber doesn't get very far (magical dragon CG rituals don't actually count as intimate) and then she dies, leaving the other heroines ample opportunity to proceed past her. In the manga - ask me again when it's not in the middle of a heroine shift, but it's doubtful they'll show sex.

In Realta Nua, all of the H-scenes are censored. It would seem that no one gets any farther than anyone else - but wait! As those of you with voice patches know, Issei's stripping scene is still in Realta Nua!

Obviously, being stripped naked by someone is further down the intimacy scales than magical rituals, half-dressed magical rituals, and bloodsucking. Therefore, it can only be said that, at least in Realta Nua if not in the whole series, Issei is the romantic lead!

EDIT: Also, I finally changed my layout to something that doesn't kill my eyes.

Um, I should probably make this post relevant to people who don't care about my Battle Moon Wars progress. Let's see. Missed anime club last week because Dad was in another state and Mom had a meeting, so boo. There's a bunch of fic I'm working on, a surprising portion of which is genderswap - or not surprising, if you know me. And next week is the last week for my madricha job, so I won't have to deal with the headaches caused by the eighth grade class anymore. Yaaay.

EDIT: For Mother's Day we saw the new Star Trek film. Uwah, so awesome~

Oh, I also finished my second playthrough of Battle Moon Wars, this time in the Super route. I won't say anything about it except that Rin singlehandedly killed Kuu. ...okay, the floating black orbs with the field attacks did half the work, but they're enemies, they don't count.

BUT HECK YEAH, HOLLOW ATARAXIA. Finally managed to get it installed and playable. And of course the first scene I choose to go through is the Issei one at school~ And he does the 'BLUSHING. A LOT.' face in that scene! I don't need to understand what's going on, because it's so awesome!

EDIT: Hollow Ataraxia complete - well, mostly complete. I'm missing the Rider bathing CG and one Eclipse scenario, and I should maybe work at sucking less at the minigames.

Finally got started playing Heaven's Feel today. ...I'm late, I know.

...This route is making me like Sakura (not surprising) and Shirou (what?). Sakura is the most adorable thing ever when she gets embarrassed, and also totally pwned Taiga that one time, which was awesome. And Shirou's dorkiness is coming through strong, which is one of the only things I like about him.

...E cup. I'll have to remember that.

Oh, so Kuzuki only survives in Fate route? I guess it's good to be Fate!Issei, then. Your big brother's alive and Shirou's love interest is dead~ ...Deader.

Rin's tsundereity makes me giggle~ 'You told me, you certainly told me, you definitely told me!'

Shirou, you had a wet dream immediately followed by a dream about huge fires where everyone died. Something's wrong with you.

Caster... Lancer... Okay, I know I should feel more sorry for Lancer because he's cooler and I actually like him, but Caster's total state of shock just gets me. I like Kuzuki/Caster, okay?

I was thinking of doing the same thing I did last year - list some stuff I'd like if anyone wants to do anything for me, and then have people request things because I will forget if I don't have a checklist. This is why I can never give birthday stuff. Anyway, this worked out pretty well last time.

First things first, stuff I can do for you:
-Request your character or pairing~ And if you're going for fic you can give me a prompt, or if you have a specific picture for me to icon you can give me that.
-If you have a preference towards icons versus fic, please say so. Last year the rate of exchange was 5 icons for 500 words, but I didn't have people specify so it was mixed, and I might try to do a little more. I can icon things that I wouldn't be able to write decently, so...
-If you want fic, please be kind to me and pick things I know pretty well?
